Milan Sahu · Technology and leadership
I came to Guadalajara by chance. Mexico became home.
I was 24 when an unexpected opportunity brought me to Guadalajara in 2014. I stayed. These days I live in Mexico City with my family.
In insurance, banking, and fast-growing startups across Latin America, I’ve worked on some of the hardest technology problems those businesses faced. I’ve also built the teams to take them on.
I studied business and specialized in executive leadership. I still get into the technical details; it’s hard to make a good business call if you don’t understand what a system can actually do.
What I’m working on now
I work in education across Latin America, with much of my attention on AI. I’m interested in what it can make possible, what doesn’t need it, and what it takes to make an idea useful beyond a demo.
Writing
I’ll use this space for notes on technology, AI, leadership, and education in Latin America.
I haven’t published anything here yet.
Outside work
I like to experiment in the kitchen, mixing ingredients and recipes that don’t quite belong together. Sometimes it works.
